# Thatcher's Lendin' Guide

## **How to Lend on Huckleberry** <a href="#id-3cc5" id="id-3cc5"></a>

When you deposit an asset in Thatcher's Reservoir, it can be lent to other users. Deposited assets can also serve as collateral for the assets [you yourself borrow](https://app.gitbook.com/s/ezR6BBIAq7aD4F4YHU1I/c/R1foptseLEoCL3E1a5Ob/huckleberry/thatchers-reservoir/thatchers-borrowin-guide).

### Lendin' on Huckleberry

* Connect and confirm your wallet
* Visit [Thatcher's Reservoir ](https://www.huckleberry.finance/#/tomhouse)page. It is listed as Lend in the top banner
* Click the Deposit tab

* Click the asset you want to deposit. Only whitelisted assets are supported
* Input how many tokens you want to deposit and click Deposit

### Enablin' an asset to be used as collateral

* Connect and confirm your wallet
* Visit [Thatcher's Reservoir ](https://www.huckleberry.finance/#/tomhouse)page. It is listed as Lend in the top banner
* Click the Deposit tab
* Find the asset you want to use as collateral and click the toggle to the right of the page. Each asset has a different [collateral rate](https://app.gitbook.com/s/ezR6BBIAq7aD4F4YHU1I/c/R1foptseLEoCL3E1a5Ob/huckleberry/thatchers-reservoir/risk-parameters)

* Click Enable as COllateralnput how many tokens you want to deposit and click Deposit

### How to withdraw and stop lendin' assets

* Connect and confirm your wallet
* Visit [Thatcher's Reservoir ](https://www.huckleberry.finance/#/tomhouse)page. It is listed as Lend in the top banner
* Click the Deposit tab

* Click the asset you want to withdraw. Click the Withdraw tab
* Input how many tokens you want to withdraw and click Withdraw
